Privacy Policy

This website is a brochure for Marka Tires & Auto Repair. It has no contact form, no quote form, no accounts, no logins and no shopping cart. There is nothing on it you can type your name into, and nothing you submit is stored, because there is nothing to submit.

We do not sell, rent or trade information about visitors to anyone. We do not run advertising trackers on this site today. If you want to reach us, you call the shop or you drive to it.

Directly, through this website: nothing. No name, no email address, no phone number, no vehicle details. We could not email you if we wanted to, because the site never asks for an address and has nowhere to put one.

Indirectly: like every website on the internet, the company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs of requests — an IP address, the page requested, a timestamp, and the browser's user-agent string. Those logs exist to keep the site online and to spot abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you and we do not connect them to anything else.

This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no session cookie, no preference cookie and no consent cookie, because there is no account to stay logged in to and no setting to remember.

Two third parties described below — Google Analytics, if and when we enable it, and the Google Maps embed — may set their own cookies in your browser. You can block or delete those in your browser settings at any time. Nothing on this site breaks if you do: every page, the phone number, the hours and the address all work with cookies fully disabled.

This site is built to support Google Analytics 4, and as of the effective date above it is switched OFF. No analytics code is loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and no data is sent to Google by our own scripts.

If we turn it on — most likely to see which pages actually lead to phone calls — Google Analytics will set cookies and record things like which pages you viewed, roughly where you are (city level, from your IP address), what kind of device and browser you used, and which of a few buttons you tapped: the call button, the directions button, and the link to our tire-price page. Those button events are counted, not attributed to you personally; we see that a call button was tapped, not who tapped it.

Google processes that information under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. If you would rather not be measured by Google Analytics anywhere on the web, Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not run Google Ads remarketing tags, Meta pixels, TikTok pixels, heatmap recorders or session-replay tools on this site. If that ever changes, this section changes with it.

Our contact page, our service pages and our service-area pages each embed a Google map so you can see where the shop actually is on State Road 7. That map is served by Google, not by us.

When a page containing the map loads, your browser makes a request directly to Google. That request tells Google your IP address, your browser's user-agent, and which of our pages you were on. Google may set its own cookies as part of it. This is how every embedded Google map on the web works, and it happens whether or not you interact with the map.

We embed the map because someone driving to a tire shop on a six-lane road needs to recognise the building. If you would rather not load it, blocking third-party content for google.com in your browser will suppress it and leave the rest of the page — including the address and the phone number — fully intact.

The call buttons on this site are ordinary telephone links. Tapping one hands (954) 989-2807 to your phone's dialer; you place the call. The website is not in the middle of it.

We do not use call-tracking numbers, dynamic number insertion or call recording on this site. The number shown is the shop's real, only number. What you say on a call is between you and the shop, and it is not logged by this website.

If we ever add call tracking through Google Ads, that would mean a Google-supplied forwarding number appearing in ads — not on this site — and we would say so here first.

Some links here go to Google Maps and to our Google Business Profile, where you can read or leave a review. Once you follow a link off this site, you are on someone else's site under someone else's privacy policy. We have no control over what they collect and this policy stops at our edge.

This site is aimed at people who own vehicles. It is not directed at children under 13, and since it collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children either.

Because we hold no personal information collected through this website, there is nothing here for us to look up, correct, export or delete on request. That is not a technicality — there is genuinely no database of visitors behind this site.

We do not sell or share personal information for money or for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is no opt-out to click.

If you are an actual customer of the shop, your invoice and repair records are business records kept by the shop itself, separate from this website. Call the shop with any question about those.

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, ships with a content security policy that restricts what code the page is allowed to load, and holds no customer database to breach. No website can promise it will never have a problem, and this page does not make that promise — but the safest data is the data that was never collected, and that is the design here.

If what the site does changes — a form appears, analytics gets switched on, an advertising tag is added — this page gets updated and the effective date at the top moves. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the record.
